Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be incredibly accommodating, especially for those needing access to medical facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I appreciated the friendly service from staff and shuttle drivers. However, while the rooms were well-kept, they did feel a bit cramped when the sofa bed was in use. The dining experience was consistent but could use more variety.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, which made a big difference during my visit to MD Anderson. While the breakfast options were decent, the room I stayed in felt a bit old, and there were some concerning service issues regarding room changes that left a sour note. Overall, I'd recommend it for short stays, especially if you're visiting for medical reasons, but just be aware of potential hiccups.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean but felt cramped when the sofa bed was in use, and I dealt with some noisy neighbors that disrupted my sleep. The location is great for medical appointments, and the shuttle service was convenient, which is a big plus. However, the service could definitely improve, especially with responsiveness at the front desk. Overall, it's decent for medical trips but not without its issues.
The hotel is conveniently located close to MD Anderson, making it ideal for medical visits. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although there was an occasional sour smell reported. The breakfast options were somewhat repetitive but provided a decent start to the day. The staff, especially the maintenance technician and management, went above and beyond to assist during a stressful time. Overall, a good place to stay for medical purposes, but improvements could be made in breakfast variety and room odor.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff really made an effort to ensure our comfort, particularly Tishia and Cordell who were both very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the Texas Medical Center was a huge plus for my family during our visit. However, one bad interaction with a staff member compromised my stay, leading to feelings of frustration and disappointment. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the inconsistent service left something to be desired.
